LiquiServe is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our team! We are a commercial beverage equipment service provider that is dedicated to providing high-caliber, comprehensive beverage equipment services to our customers. We provide reactive service, preventive maintenance, and installation on any non-alcoholic commercial beverage equipment.
📍 Full-Time | On-site | Monday–Friday
An Inventory Clerk, keeps track of the goods and supplies in the warehouse and manages orders to facilitate sales and services. Their duties include final approval of shipments, fulfilling daily and weekly part requests, and assisting with periodic inventory counts. The following duties may also be required for this position:

Responsibilities:
- Ordering inventory from vendors and suppliers and securing shipment arrival times
- Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging products for a business
- Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards
- Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with managementÂ
- Reporting discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count
- Implementing loss prevention programs to prevent shrinkageÂ
- Obtaining estimates and price details from different vendors to compare costs
- Certified to drive a fork lift
Qualifications:
• 1+ year experience in inventory management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
